Our Junior Player Development program is designed to support the path of young athletes of all skill levels through hardwork and dedication. Students will be challenged weekly through instruction and competitive games to help reach their fullest potential. Tied in with Operation 36, we have created a program for your junior to go as far as they desire.
Designed for juniors ages 6-14+, our Player Development initiative provides maximum value in time and education, while creating a culture of excellence through working towards common goals with other like-minded players.Curriculum includes: Skill Building, Effective Practice, Mental Toughness, Playing Strategy, Tournament Prep and MORE!
REGISTRATION OPENS August 5, 2024
Juniors will be challenged each week at practice learning and sharpening their skills. Players will practice two times a week and be assigned groups each practice based on their current division. Our Student:Coach Ratio is 6:1 to ensure students get the most out of each practice.
Every player will start in Division 1 and will need to shoot a score of 36 or better to move into Division 2. This challenge continues until the golfer can shoot par (36) from all 10 divisions!
All progress is tracked in the Operation 36 Mobile App.
This class is designed to build up future champions! Students will be challenged each practice through instruction and games, focusing on the FUNdamentals. Whether they want to play golf recreationally or competitively, this program is a great start to their journey!
Our Pre-Competitive Class is designed for beginner-intermediate players who are looking to start their golf journey, or take their game to the next level and get ready for competition. In this class, students will learn the fundamentals of golf while working to master them. There will be skill challenges each week as they will compete against their classmates.

Our Competitive Class is designed for advanced players who are dedicated to reach their fullest potential and achieve their golf dreams. The program takes a very holistic approach to each player with one goal in mind: WINNING! Players in this program are trained in all areas of the game (physical, mental, on-course training, etc.) to constantly and consistently improve. If this is your first semester of the calendar year for your family, a $75 initiation fee will apply on your first month’s payment for use of Op36 app, per student. That fee is good for the calendar year. You can also purchase the Starter Kit online for $75.
** You choose which two days a week you would like to practice. You must stick to those days each week. If you were to miss a day, you will be able to makeup one practice on another day (if available). Our Student:Coach ratio is 6:1 to ensure the juniors are getting the most out of each practice. **
** In order for your junior to have a chance to move up divisions, they will need to play in at least one Op36 Tournament (either the Recreational or Performance Package option). Once cards are charged for the semester, there are no refunds if you were to miss a tournament. **
Yes, your own set of golf clubs are required for Operation 36. We have Tour Edge, USKids & PING to choose from. You also get 5% off for joining the Operation 36 Program.
Each semester is five weeks long with two tournaments scheduled each semester.
No, practices are only good for one semester.
You will be notified through the App 36 App and received an email if practice is canceled. If practice is canceled, we will do our best to makeup. NOTE: We have an indoor teaching facility that we use on rainy days, so practice does not get canceled often.
You will fill out a contract for 2024 that will have your card information saved into our system and your personal student locker. We will use that information throughout 2024 for any junior related program.
You will receive an Op36 App notification and email with instructions for registering.
No, unfortunately there is no tournament refund. You have until the first Friday of each semester to adjust your package.
We recommend choosing a Monday/Tuesday as your junior(s) first practice and choosing Wednesday/Thursday as their second practice. This will ensure they are working on more than one subject each week to get the most out of each session.
